Kevin Orozco is a Global Economics Major and plans to graduate in 2011. He hopes to one day take over a small portion of the world.
Jessie Anna Rucker is a senior transfer student from Columbia College in Sonora California. She volunteers in William Dunbars lab, working with solid state nanopores and is a member of the UCSC Rowing Team. Hobbies include swimming, rowing, and painting.
Daniel Small is from Rocklin, CA. He is a second year Business Management Economics major at UCSC. Daniel is the president of the newly formed entrepreneurship club at UCSC. He is also involved in UEA, toastmasters, and trislugs. In his free time, Daniel enjoys snowboarding, backpacking, and fitness.
Travis Bartling is a junior transfer from American River College in Sacramento. He is a Business Management Economics Major with an emphasis in accounting, with a minor in education. Travis is also a member of Slug to Slug, toastmasters, and volunteers at the Santa Cruz Community Credit Union to prepare tax returns for low income families. His hobbies include Scuba diving, biking, traveling, and skiing. Travis hopes to one day pursue his Master of Science in Accountancy.
Juan Carlos Hernandez is a third year in Information Systems Management and plans to start his own non-profit organization in the field of sustainable 'green' technology and water conservation. He enjoys art, sports, and dogs. Also active in the new Entrepreneurship club working to form mentor ship classes focusing on 'green' solutions with College 8. If you want to discuss anything, especially wacky, feel free to talk to me.
John Peterson is a second year Business Management Economics major with an emphasis in Accounting. He currently holds the position of Vice President of International Entrepreneurism for the University Entrepreneurs Association and is an active member of the University Economics Association, Toastmasters, and the Golden Key International Honors Society. Once he graduates from UCSC, he plans to work for Big Four Accounting and eventually get his MBA.
